On 28 February 2012, the Official Receiver was appointed Provisional Liquidator of the above named company on the application of the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills. The Secretary of State presented a petition to wind up the company on public interest grounds on 27 February 2012and this is due to be heard in the High Court on 30 May 2012.
